When Experimenting in the Kitchen Goes Right! 

This was the recipe that changed how I looked at preparing dishes with seafood and using LIQUID CRAB BOIL I was making it for a friend and I tossed in a couple of teaspoons into the cheese sauce. I figured it couldn’t hurt as long as I didn’t use too much because, let’s face it, it’s spicy. So I went back and *REVISED* this recipe, in May of 2018 (yes 1-1/2 years ago), to include crab boil and the options to use less expensive cheeses.

Every since I’ve added the crab boil to my Lobster, Crab and Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese, I’ve been adding it to my Gumbo and other seafood dishes as an added boost and I’ve never looked back. Enjoy!
