Grand Diamond Seasoning strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If there is a mistake on our behalf we will make the necessary corrections to ensure the order reaches the customer.  

 

DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE.

 

Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be processed. Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

If your BILLING & SHIPPING address do not match you will be completely REFUNDED.  

 

We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly including building and apartment numbers. Our website is designed for the customer to manually enter the shipping information to avoid errors and packages being sent to the wrong address. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email info@gdseasoning.com to have it updated within 24 hours.

 

If you are using a payment processor such as Paypal, please be sure to update your shipping address on that particular account to avoid your being sent to the wrong address. Grand Diamond Seasoning WILL NOT be held liable if the order is processed under the wrong shipping address that is associated with that account. Orders are processed and shipped using the shipping information that is provided by the customer. Once the order is shipped we WILL NOT resend the order.

 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been prepared and packaged. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the items. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800) 275-8777 for assistance.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

 

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Grand Diamond Seasoning is not responsible for any misplaced items going to these addresses. A Delivery Confirmation Number will be provided via email to track the items.

Damages

 

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. We will provide you with the delivery confirmation information as soon as possible. All orders online are shipped USPS – unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED THEY CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.
