Makes: 2 Quarts
Ingredients
· 2 Cups Hibiscus Flowers
· 4 Cups Hot Water
· Your Choice of Sweetener to taste
· 4 Cups of Cool Water
Directions
Steep the hibiscus in 4 cups of hot water for about 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea and stir in your choice of sweetener to taste or you can omit the sweetener for better health benefits. Add 4 cups of cool water and stir. Chill and serve.
