Carolyn’s Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Yield: Makes 1½ Cups
Ingredients
· 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
· ½ Cup Mayonnaise
· ½ Cup Sour Cream
· ½ Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
· 1 Tablespoon Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped (or 1½ Teaspoons Dried Parsley)
· 2 Teaspoons Fresh Basil, finely chopped (or 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil)
· 1½ Teaspoons Fresh Dill, finely chopped (or ¾ tsp Dried Dill)
· 2 Small Green Onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
· 1½ Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
· To Taste Grand Diamond All Purpose Seasoning
· ¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt or To Taste
· To Taste Black Pepper
Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy on salads and it’s also great as a dip for vegetables and french fries.
